If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return via our online Return Portal. Please visit the original store of purchase for exchanges or returns.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, boxer briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can return or exchange your item(s) with the return label provided by the Return Portal. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.
Are you returning from outside of the EU? Email us at support@arte-antwerp.com and we will provide a commercial invoice (mandatory for returns outside of the EU).
Please note that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply for returned or exchanged items. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.
Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
We offer a free return label to the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- The Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- For Germany, we offer free exchanges, but paid returns. The return fee is €5.
Any other countries that are not included in the list above, can return at the customer's own cost.
A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the returned item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn.
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
- Hats and caps must be returned in a box, so they do not get squashed out of shape.
- Write return on the package to ensure a faster service (optional).
- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.
- Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded/exchanged and may be sent back to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Arte Antwerp and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
Note that shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore not refundable.
