If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return via our online Return Portal. Please visit the original store of purchase for exchanges or returns.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, boxer briefs cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can return or exchange your item(s) with the return label provided by the Return Portal. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.
Are you returning from outside of the EU? Email us at support@arte-antwerp.com and we will provide a commercial invoice (mandatory for returns outside of the EU).
Please note that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply for returned or exchanged items. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.
Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Any other countries that are not included in the list above, can return at the customer's own cost.
Note that shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore not refundable.
