How to follow your order
Orders are shipped the following working day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order. Please be aware that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.

Arte Antwerp does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Arte Antwerp will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.


If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.

You can return or exchange your item(s) with the return label provided by the Return Portal. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.

Create a return/exchange

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

We offer a free return label to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • France
  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Luxembourg

Any other countries that are excluded from our free return label list, can return at customer's own cost.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:

  • Make sure that the returned item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn.
  • Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
  • Hats and caps must be returned in a box, so they do not get squashed out of shape.
  • Write return on the package to ensure a faster service (optional).
  • Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded/exchanged and may be sent back to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Arte Antwerp and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

Note that shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore not refundable.
