Arte emerges from the arts and is shaped by them. What once began as a clothing label is gradually evolving into a multidisciplinary creative house. Ever since we started, graphic design and other visual arts have been at the base of our collections. So it is a natural evolution by heart to explore several facets of the arts in order to define our role in them.

We want to be a creative label, rather than just a clothing brand. Arte is a way of life that reflects a great sense for aesthetics and an out-of-the box state of mind. Pricing policy

Prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

Orders are shipped the following working day.

How to follow your order*
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.

Delivery time*
Your goods will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery status*
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

Arte Antwerp does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Arte Antwerp will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.

Returns

If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 10 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact support@arte-antwerp.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:

Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria:

Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.

Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Arte Antwerp and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.

Free shipping on returns being shipped to the following countries:
- Belgium
- Netherlands,
- Germany
- France
- Luxembourg

Any other countries the shipping is at the customer's own cost.
